A man suspected in the death of 71-year-old Jesus Valdivia has been arrested.
The Los Angeles Police Department Homicide Division said 33- year- old Dylan Brumley is now in custody. Brumley was arrested near the 405 underpass on Thursday, Dec. 3, according to detectives.
Brumley was wanted on homicide charges related to the death of Valdivia.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD), on Wednesday, Oct. 28, Valdivia was standing at the corner of Beethoven Street and Victoria Avenue when they say Brumley tried to steal his [Valdivia's] bicycle. During a struggle, Valdivia hit his head on the pavement.
He was brought to the hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
According to an autopsy report, Valdivia died from a heart attack that he suffered during the attack. He also suffered head injuries.
On Thursday, Nov. 12, homicide and robbery charges were filed against Brumley by the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office.
